The challenge
MJM Designz strategized a new brand web identity with three distinct different mockups for the client, a popular craft brewery in Los Angeles, to choose from. We trained the client in WordPress so they understood the fundamentals of backend navigation, posting blog entries and uploading media files. We built a custom header, vector logo and created a modern, urban-themed website template to attract the client’s specific target audience.
The web design solution
We installed WordPress on the client’s paid hosting provider, and setup FTP and database credentials. Our team then engineered the website mockup that was approved by the client to a custom theme we developed. We populated blog posts with selected categories given by the client for SEO purposes. We then hand-drew the navigation menu links to fit the layout style of the website design. Finally, we indexed and crawled the website to increase the blog’s visibility and rankings on Google and other search engines. We focused on creating an attractive, elegant visual identity that featured brand consistency, responsive web design, and smooth tabs for each specific service. We engineered a parallax responsive layout for mobile and tablet devices for a user-friendly experience.
